Manage tickets

To manage the event's registration tickets, go to the Event's registration ticket page.

Input the following data: 

  • Tier, the type of registration ticket. By default you have two options, Standard (for players) and Staff (for staff members). 
  • Name, the name of the ticket; 
  • Details, a short description of the ticket; 
  • Price, the price of the ticket (shown in the currency defined in the Organization settings);
  • Max available, the maximun number of sign ups available with this ticket;
  • Visible, if the ticket is visible (and selectable) by the players.

Note that the maximum number of available spots, defined in the event, will not count Staff tickets.

Patron and Reduced

With this feature you can have Reduced tickets, where the number of available ones depends on the number of Patron tickets selected previously by players. First activate the "Patron and Reduced" ticket.

Now for Tier you'll find the two new types available: 

In the Event Configuration Panel, you can configure the ratio between the two tickets: 

At each moment, the system takes the number of already purchased Patron tickets, multiply by the ratio, and divide by 10. That (rounded to floor) is the number of Reduced tickets available in total. 


Filler

With this feature you can have "light" tickets: their meaning is that they are intended for a lighter experience (usually with a less complex character). Once a regular ticket spot is available due to dropout, they can be upgraded. First activate the "Filler" ticket.

Now in Tier the new type will be available: 

Also in the Event panel you can configure the total number of Filler spots: 

When the number of signups is under the Number of primary spots, the Filler ticket will not be shown. When the number of signups reaches the maximum allowed, then all ticket will be disabled save for the Filler ones. When also the number of filler signups reaches the Number of filler spots, registrations will be closed.


Waiting list

With this feature you can have "waiting list" tickets. Once a regular ticket spot is available due to dropout, they can be upgraded. First activate the "Waiting list" ticket.

Now in Tier the new type will be available: 

Also in the Event panel you can configure the total number of Filler spots: 

When the number of signups is under the Number of primary spots, the Waiting ticket will not be shown. When the number of signups reaches the maximum allowed, then all ticket will be disabled save for the Waiting ones. When also the number of waiting signups reaches the Number of filler spots, registrations will be closed.

Note: If you activate both Filler and Waiting, the order will be: until "Number of primary spots", all tickets are available save for Filler and Waiting. Until the "Number of filler spots", only Filler tickets are available. Until "Number of waiting spots", only Waiting ticktes are available.


Lottery

With this feature you can have a "lottery" system, where players first sign up to partecipate in the lottery, and some of them are randomly selected to upgrade to a full ticket. First activate the "Lottery" ticket.

Now in Tier the new type will be available: 

In the Event Configuration Panel, you can configure the number of tickets to draw, and the regular ticket to upgrade to: 

In the Lottery panel, you can perform the random selection. At first access, the extraction is performed and shown for confirmation. If you further confirm, the chosen tickets will be upgraded.
