Tutorials - Payments

With this feature, you'll be able to receive payments from your players. Activate the feature in the Organization features.

You need now to define the settings of the payments; LarpManager has many payment gateway available, but each needs a different configuration

You will now find a "Payment Setting" page in the Organization' management panel:

First input in "Payment methods" the name of the gateway you wish to activate.

At the moment, there are: "Wire", "Paypal", "Stripe", "Sumup", "Redsys", "Satispay".

Once you have selected the ones you want to activate, come back to the same page. Click on "Instructions" on the steps to follow to configure each gateway. Please contact us if you need help!

After signup, player will be automatically brought to a page where they can select the payment to use. The accounting of the player, and of the event, will be updated automatically.

Please note that Wire payment requires players to upload a proof of payment, that the staff of an event has then to manually approve on the Payments (confirmation) page.

It will then be possible to review all received payments either at the Organization payments page, or the Event payments page.

As an additional configuration, in the Organization configuration panel, you'll find a section called "Payments":

The special code, unique for each registration, will be added automatically to all payments. For example, a payment like "Registration fee of John Doe for Test Larp" will be modified in "Registration fee of John Doe for Test Larp - hR04SlbZOPXFzFx". This custom code will be of great help with the functions that automatically validate the payments, since it can easily reference them.

And also in each Event configuration panel, you'll find a section called "Payments":

By default, the payment justification is in form like "For example, a payment like "Registration fee of John Doe for Test Larp". By compiling a custom code, you can personalize it; by inputting "Thanks {player_name} for your help!", the payment justification will be instead "Thanks John Doe for your help!"
