Tutorials - Manage Events

To create a new Event, go to the Organization events panel.

In this page, you can see all of your events. Click on "Add new" to create a new one. 

 

 

Input the following values:

Name, the full name of the new Event;

Url identifier, the simplified name used for the pages (if you choose “test”, all the pages of the event will be under “https://lp.larpmanager.com/test”). Remember to put only character and numbers, no spaces or symbols allowed;

Description short, a short description of the event (Maximum 1000 characters)

Number of primary spots, the number of ticket spots to manage (leave 0 for unlimited tickets). 


Please note that when you create a new event, automatically your user will be added as an Organizer in the event's roles.


After the event is created, a corresponding Run will also be created (with number 1 as default). You will be brought to that run's edit page. Visit the next tutorial to know more.
