LarpManager now includes an active integration with LarpRadar, allowing events created on LarpManager to be automatically published and visible on LarpRadar by enabling the Publication feature in the organization settings.
This integration simplifies how LARP events are shared across platforms, improving visibility while keeping event management centralized.
How automatic publication works
When creating an event on LarpManager, organizers can enable the Publication feature. Once active:
- The event is published automatically on LarpRadar
- Essential information such as title, dates, location, and description is shared
- Updates are managed from LarpManager without additional manual steps
While using LarpManager as the management system, all informations are thus shared on LarpRadar for discovery and visibility for players browsing upcoming LARP events.
Centralized management, wider exposure
Many players use LarpRadar to discover events, thanks to its calendar, map, and browsing tools. With this integration, that visibility is achieved directly from LarpManager, without duplicating event setup or maintenance across platforms.
At the same time, LarpManager continues to handle all organizational aspects of the event, including registrations, participant workflows, and payments, through its advanced ticketing and registration system.
Designed for LARP event workflow
sThe LarpManager ticketing system is tightly integrated with event logic specific to LARP, such as characters, factions, abilities, character creation, and custom features. Managing registrations where the event itself is defined reduces fragmentation and keeps data consistent throughout the event lifecycle.
With automatic publication enabled, organizers benefit from the reach of external platforms while maintaining a single operational environment.
This collaboration between LarpManager and LarpRadar allows organizers to focus on building and managing their events in one place, while still reaching the broader LARP community.
